How HOA software pricing actually works
Most HOA software charges one of two ways: a flat monthly subscription that scales with unit count and feature tier, or a percentage of dues collected through the platform. Subscriptions typically run $49–$499 a month depending on community size and which features are unlocked; setup fees of $500–$2,000 are common on top of that.
